The quote is the price
Parts, labour and total, in writing, before anything is dismantled. That number does not move once your appliance is open.
No fix, no repair fee
If we cannot repair it, you do not pay for a repair. You pay the call-out for the diagnosis and nothing else.
The work is guaranteed
Workmanship is guaranteed and fitted parts carry warranty. If the fault we repaired returns within the period, so do we.
We turn up when we said
A real appointment window rather than a vague day — and a phone call if we are running behind.
We tell you when to walk away
We have talked plenty of customers out of repairs that were not worth the money. It costs us the job and earns us the next one.

The person who diagnoses your appliance is the person who repairs it. No handovers, no repeating yourself.
