If you need a stove, dishwasher or tumble dryer repaired, we would rather tell you honestly than take the booking and send someone who is learning on your appliance.
Same-day is realistic for most of Gauteng if you call in the morning, and we prioritise fridges that have stopped cooling because food is on the line. Where same-day is not possible we will tell you at the time of booking rather than leaving you waiting.
The call-out covers the technician's travel and a full diagnosis of the appliance. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, that is all you pay — the fee is not a deposit and you are under no obligation. If you do go ahead, the diagnosis is folded into the repair.
Yes, and it happens often. We will diagnose it fresh rather than assume the previous work was correct. If a previously fitted part was the wrong one for the model, we will show you before we replace anything.
If your appliance is under factory warranty, your first call should be the manufacturer or the retailer that sold it — an independent repair can void that warranty. We are happy to advise you over the phone at no cost.
